Let’s bring Spain to our tables!
We are throwing paella & sangría making party.
Paella is an iconic symbol of Spanish cuisine and known as Spain's national dish. During this class, we will be cooking outdoors on portable, propane paella equipment.
You bring the wine and will make sangria with it. The chef’s favorite is Paella Mixta, a mixture of seafood, chicken and Spanish chorizo with bomba rice, peas, sofrito, saffron, lemons and parsley. We will nosh on tapas, mix some sangria and indulge in our delicious and freshly made paella. Orange blossom flan will be our sweet treat after dinner.
What Spanish wine to bring for Sangria? A light and fruity Rioja is preferred.
Menu: Assorted Tapas, Paella Mixta, Orange Blossom Flan
Paella is naturally gluten free our Orange Blossom Flan is gluten free as well. Some gluten free tapas will be provided.
We will be using chicken stock, chicken, pork chorizo and seafood in our paella.
We have aprons for you. Please BYOB if you are 21+
