Come learn the art of making traditional Dim Sum with guest chefs Brenda & Clara, who hail from Taiwan.

If you’ve ever wondered how to make Chinese dumplings, today is the day you’ll discover that it’s totally doable by any home cook! 

We will make Napa cabbage, pork or vegetarian tofu filled, pan fried potstickers; sui mai, Chinese steamed dumplings with a classic juicy pork and prawn filling, enclosed with wonton wrappers and crispy fried spring rolls with a vegetable, mung bean sprout and rice noodle filling. A traditional dessert of orange quarters and almond cookies will be served for with lots of tea!

Vegetarians are welcome to this delicious class. Sorry gluten-free friends the menu sadly has gluten.
