Come jump in the kitchen with Chef Carolyn and fry up some delicious and crispy potato samosas.
Samosas are wonderful to eat anytime of the year. Will teach you 2 types of wrappers, 1 made from scratch and one uber easy made from flour tortillas. We will also be making light and refreshing tamarind chutney and piquant coriander and coconut chutney to serve with our little savory parcels of heaven.
The flour tortilla trick was taught to me by Chef Shankari Easwaran with whom I cooked with for many years.
