Chef, Culinary Instructor & Cookbook author, Giuliano Bugialli, is a longtime mentor. All of his cookbooks are highly recommended. Sadly, he is no longer with us, but his incredible and authentic Italian recipes live on.

Fagotini al Mascarpone is a favorite recipe and we are happy to make the egg rich fresh pasta, sauté succulent spinach, simmer a white truffle infused bechamel and fill the pasta purses with freshly made ricotta and uber rich mascarpone.

We will have antipasti beforehand, Ciabatta and our freshly made Fagotini al Mascarpone.

Sorbetto for dessert

This is a dairy rich, vegetarian pasta. Salumi and vegetarian bites will be served for antipasti.

BYOB - Let’s start the night with an Aperol Spritz! You bring the booze.
