Fagotini al Mascarpone is a favorite recipe and we are happy to make the egg rich fresh pasta, sauté succulent spinach, simmer a white truffle infused bechamel and fill the pasta purses with freshly made ricotta and uber rich mascarpone.
We will have antipasti beforehand, Ciabatta and our freshly made Fagotini al Mascarpone.

This is a dairy rich, vegetarian pasta. Salumi and vegetarian bites will be served for antipasti.
