In this hands-on class, you'll hone basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts—mince, dice, brunoise, bâtonnet, chop and julienne.

0ur instructor will teach you a few advanced techniques and offer tips for keeping your knives maintained and sharp. We will also discuss various knives with their specific uses and the pros and cons of an assortment of knives made by differing manufacturers.

Knife skills are used every time you cook. Great cooking isn't all about recipes—it's about technique, too. So up your skills and improve your cooking techniques.

No drinking allowed during class! You may BYOB for “Snacky Hour” after we finish cutting our ingredients.
