A tamalada (tamal-making party) is a traditional Mexican event where groups of family and friends gather to assemble tamales
Tamales are naturally gluten-free!
Tamal making is laborious, however they are not difficult to make. A tamalada helps speed the process, and shares the rewards… everyone eats and takes home tamales.
Barbacoa beef tamales, cheese and peppers,
We will fill the tamales, steam and eat 1 of each. We will snack on homemade Chips, and Salsa while the tamales are steaming.
Everyone takes home 3 beef & 3 pepper and cheese to steam at home.
BYOB is 21 and older. We have stemware and openers for you.
