We welcome the very talented, local chef, Depal Patel.
He is currently the Account manager at Fabulous fish, a private chef and culinary instructor. Chef Depal can also be found creating delicious pop-up dinners at Pane e Vino in East Lawrence. Pane e Vino is a favorite local wining and dining experience.
He worked at The Merc for over a decade. He helped open Limestone Pizza and developed the pizza program at The Big Mill. He was a culinary instructor at Lawrence College and Career Center and helped design their current kitchen.
