Learn the art of empanadas deliciosas. Chef Carolyn was an executive chef at a winery in California owned by an Argentinian. Let’s say we know empanadas and want to share our learned skills with you. Empanadas are savory hand pies perfect for a hearty snack or meal with salad. Our yeast risen dough will be deep fried and served with renown chef Francis Mallmann’s Chimichurri. It’s an herbaceous, spicy sauce well known through out the region and delicious on grilled meats, vegetables, potatoes and seafood. We will make our custom empanadas, sit and dine.

Bring your favorite Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc or Torrontes from Argentina. Wines are from Argentine are affordable and well crafted.
