Chef Cynthia Tiscareno has graciously shared her famous mole rojo, a red chile sauce, with us.

This spectacularly, sublime sauce made with 4 varieties of dried chiles can be used in enchiladas, tortas, smothered burritos, nachos, chilaquiles and highlight a chicken tortilla soup.

In this class we will make red chili chicken stuffed tamales. Our gluten-free masa is made with lard and chicken stock.

While our tamales are steaming for 1 hour, we will make homemade tortilla chips and salsa to snack on.

Everyone gets 6 tamales to take home and 2 to eat here.

BYOB! Beer, wine, margaritas or ? We have the openers and glasses.
