We are making Cavatelli with Ricotta. We will toss our freshly made pasta with butter and Parmesan for picky eaters or a simple marinara with San Marzano tomatoes. Our menu is vegetarian.

This is a hands-on cooking class. We will sit down and eat after we cook. Aprons are provided.
